What currency are your prices in?
All prices on Le Canvas are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Where do you ship?
Le Canvas ships to all Australian states and territories. We do not currently ship internationally.

Shipping & delivery

How much is shipping?
Standard delivery is A$11.00 flat, or free on orders A$100 or more. Express delivery is A$15.00 flat. See our Delivery page for more detail.

How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched, most metropolitan orders arrive within 3–7 business days by standard service. Regional deliveries can take longer. Express is faster where the courier network supports it. These are typical courier timeframes, not guaranteed dates. Your dispatch email will include tracking.

Do you offer showroom viewing?
Yes. You are welcome to view selected rugs by appointment at our Northmead showroom: Shop 1, 38 Briens Rd, Northmead NSW 2152. Please contact us first so we can confirm the rug is available.

At-home handmade rug viewing (Sydney Metro)

Can I see a handmade rug in my home before I buy?
For selected handmade rugs over A$1,000, we may be able to bring the rug to your home within Sydney Metro so you can see how it looks in your actual space. This is an appointment-only service, subject to the specific rug being available and to our confirmation of your requested date and time.

Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I request it?
No. Submitting a preferred date and time is a request. Your appointment is confirmed only after our team checks availability and gets back to you.

Can I get a same-day or next-day at-home viewing?
No. Some rugs may need additional preparation time before they can be brought to you, so we cannot promise same-day or next-day availability. We will confirm the earliest suitable time when we get back to you.

Is at-home viewing the same as your returns policy?
No. The at-home viewing service is a way to see a handmade rug in your space before purchase. It is separate from our returns policy, which applies after you buy.

Returns

Can I return a rug if I change my mind?
Yes, within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our refund policy. Please read the full policy before requesting a return.

What if my rug arrives damaged or faulty?
Please email support@lecanvas.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are preserved for major faults regardless of any change-of-mind window.

How do I choose the right rug size?
As a general guide, a rug in a living room should be large enough that at least the front legs of your seating sit on it. In a dining room, the rug should extend past the chairs when they are pushed back. In a bedroom, either place the rug fully under the bed with a border showing, or use two smaller runners along the sides. Every product page lists the exact dimensions in centimetres.
