Le Canvas ships Australia-wide. We use trusted couriers and pack every rug to arrive safely at your door.

Shipping rates

Standard delivery — A$11.00 flat rate to any Australian state or territory
Standard delivery — free on orders A$100 or more
Express delivery — A$15.00 flat rate to any Australian state or territory

Rates are shown at checkout in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Rates apply to the entire order regardless of the number of rugs.

Delivery timeframes

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the courier network. As a guide, most metropolitan orders arrive within 3–7 business days by standard service, and regional deliveries may take longer. Express delivery is faster where the courier network supports it.

These are typical courier timeframes, not guaranteed delivery dates. Your dispatch confirmation email will include tracking so you can follow your rug's journey.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Sydney Metro at-home handmade rug viewing

For selected handmade rugs over A$1,000, we may be able to bring the rug to your home within Sydney Metro so you can see how it looks in your actual space before you commit to purchase.

Showroom viewing at Northmead

You are also welcome to view selected rugs in person by appointment at our Northmead showroom: Shop 1, 38 Briens Rd, Northmead NSW 2152. Please contact us to arrange a viewing so we can confirm the rug is available before you visit.
