Shipping policy
This policy describes how Le Canvas ships orders. Detailed customer-facing shipping information is on our Delivery page.
Where we ship
Le Canvas ships to all Australian states and territories. We do not currently ship internationally.
Rates
- Standard delivery — A$11.00 flat to any Australian state or territory. Free on orders A$100 or more.
- Express delivery — A$15.00 flat to any Australian state or territory.
All rates are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Rates apply to the whole order regardless of the number of rugs.
Dispatch and delivery timeframes
Orders are dispatched during business days. Once dispatched, delivery times depend on your location and the courier network. As a guide, most metropolitan standard deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days; regional deliveries can take longer; express is faster where the courier network supports it. These are typical courier timeframes, not guaranteed dates.
Tracking
You will receive a dispatch email containing tracking details when your order leaves us.
Delivery attempts and undeliverable parcels
Please provide accurate address and contact details at checkout. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, unavailability at the delivery address, or an unclaimed parcel, additional shipping charges may apply to re-deliver the parcel.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss and title for products transfers to you upon our delivery of the products to the courier.
